Tuxedo Variatus HiFin Platy
Platy is a small peaceful fish and even though they are not considered shoaling or schooling fish, they are much happier when kept in a small group. They are very active and love breeding. They spend most of their time swimming in small groups in the middle of the water column, among the plants and hiding between the floating leaves.
As the name variatus suggests, this species is known for its variable traits where no two fish look exactly the same. Individual fish may show different blends of orange, gold, yellow, or patterned highlights, with variations in body shape and fin extension.
The Tuxedo Hi-Fin Platy has an extended dorsal fin and comes from a rare, higher-grade breeding line that is not commonly available. Each fish is unique, and selecting a specific pattern or shade is not possible.
