Spixi Snail
Spixi snails, also known as Zebra Apple Snail, are an attractive dwarf variety that can only grow up to 3 cm in diameter with a spiral lined shell, making it a nice addition to planted aquariums. Spixi Snails are also good algae eaters and benefit from supplement diet that includes vegetables and other food.
Needs a spacious well oxygenated tank with plenty of algae and leftovers to eat. If put in a new tank with no algae present and not supplemented, it can starve.
