Zebra Red Danio

The Red Danio (Danio rerio var.) is a lively and colorful aquarium fish, selectively bred for its bright red to pinkish body tones that make it stand out in community tanks. Peaceful and hardy, it is perfect for beginners and thrives when kept in groups, bringing constant activity and shimmer to the mid-to-top levels of the aquarium.

Discus.ae prefers younger stock for their better ability to adapt to new water parameters and higher tolerance against transport. On rare occasions you may receive larger specimens when small fish are unavailable, however the smallest should be expected unless the size is noted as "Large" or "Adult".
