Neon Golden Barb

The Neon Golden Barb, also known as Gold Chinese Barb, is a hardy and active fish that makes an attractive addition to most planted aquariums and unlike many other barbs, it can accept colder temperatures up to 15° celsius.

As a good schooling fish, the Neon Golden Barb prefers to be in groups of 6 or more. In ideal conditions and with a rich diet, the fish develops brighter tones on its fins and display its signature black markings. As with most barbs, this fish will accept most quality granules or flakes.
