Leopard Gourami

The Leopard Gourami, also. known as Spotted Climbing Perch, is a striking labyrinth fish with a golden body patterned in bold black spots, giving it a “leopard-like” appearance. Our current stock is offered as small juveniles, perfect for growing out and watching their colors intensify with age. While generally peaceful, adults can be opportunistic and may prey on very small fish such as neon tetras, so they are best kept with medium-sized community species in a spacious, well-planted aquarium.

Discus.ae prefers younger stock for their better ability to adapt to new water parameters and higher tolerance against transport. On rare occasions you may receive larger specimens when small fish are unavailable, however the smallest should be expected unless the size is noted as "Large" or "Adult".
