However given that our pleco stocks are kept in pristine water conditions with very low bacterial content, we urge owners to avoid adding them directly into an old aquarium to prevent adverse reactions which may lead to unfavorable health risks. Instead, please prepare a separate quarantine tank and contact our team for guidance, our affordable rimless aquariums are an excellent choice for this purpose.
