HOBBY UV Star Power/Tropic

UV Star is suitable as a single lamp and all-day spotlight, aids the vitamins D3 synthesis and prevents metabolic diseases, particularly rachitis. Available in two options:

 

UV Star Power (50W)

For basking reptiles, UV-B Optimum: 250 µW/cm²

 

UV Star Tropic (50W)

Surface radiator for Tropical reptiles, UV-B Optimum: 100 µW/cm²

 

The metal vapour lamp supplies UV-B in the relevant range of 290 - 305 nm with high emission of light and heat. The low wattage saves energy with maximum service life due to gentle ignition process of an electronic ballast.
