Drosera spatulata (Terrestrial)
Laboratory grown carnivorous terrestrial plant (Tissue Culture).
Drosera spatulata, also known the Spoon-Leaf Sundew, is a carnivorous terrestrial plant which requires to be moist at all times and can grow well in a mixed medium of peat, sand, and sphagnum moss with added perlite. Humidity is best kept around 40-50%.
The Drosera requires to be fed once every two weeks for best growth and to encourage flowering. Plant should be expected to remain small at around 1-3 inches when planted in a pot by itself.
For the best coloration, the plant does well under a 16 hour lighting period, with higher level of red developing under more intense lights.
