Dark Knight Ram (Special)

The new Dark Knight Ram color strain is finally here, also known as the Black Knight Ram, which is a special and rare variant of the popular German Blue Ram known for its striking black coloration and bold appearance. The Dark Knight is distinguished for having the darkest black color.

Note: Pictures on this page are examples of the adult Dark Night Ram. It must be expected that juvenile Dark Knight Rams will not have their colors fully developed yet and genders of young fish are not possible to identify.

The ram cichlid is popular in the tropical freshwater community aquarium. While most cichlids are not well suited for a community tank, if a large group or a pair of this specific type are placed in a community tank, they generally will do well.

On rare occasions you may receive larger specimens when small fish are unavailable, however the smallest should be expected unless the size is noted as "Large" or "Adult".
