Black Kuhlii Loach

The Black Kuhli Loach (Pangio oblonga), also known as Cinnamon Loach, is a slender, eel-like freshwater fish with a smooth, uniform dark brown to black body, giving it a more subtle appearance than the banded Kuhli Loach. Peaceful and shy, it spends much of the day burrowed in sand or hiding under decorations, becoming active at night to forage. Its unique body shape and calm nature make it a fascinating addition to community aquariums with soft substrates and plenty of cover.
