Åpex - Albino Red Cap

The Albino Red Cap angelfish is a rare and attractive platinum angel with red eyes and a golden patch on the forehead that deepens in color with age, turning more red as the fish matures. . Note: The orange patch may appear yellow in younger fish or in larger fish after transport. 

The elegant and graceful Angelfish (P. Scalare) is a popular tropical fish that is easy to keep given that enough space and quality water conditions are provided, making this beautiful and relaxing fish a staple choice for community tanks and large planted aquascapes. Angelfish also belong to the Cichlidae family and a distant relative of our beloved Discus fish and butterfly cichlids, sharing similar environmental and behavioral traits.

Discus.ae prefers younger stock for their better ability to adapt to new water parameters and higher tolerance against transport. On rare occasions you may receive larger specimens when small fish are unavailable, however the smallest should be expected unless the size is noted as "Large" or "Adult".
